Quick Release Mooring Hooks are designed for mooring applications in oil and gas terminals.
Quick Release Mooring Hooks are designed for mooring applications in oil and gas terminals.
Our quick release mooring hooks are manufactured from high quality material with perfect safety and reliability,enable to suit for high salinity&low tempreture&storm etc harshest marine environments.
The supply range is from SWL30T to SWL250T, each hook of unit is with proof load of 1.5 x SWL. Hooks can be supplied as types of single, double, triple, quadruple, double back-to-back and quadruple back-to-back Also can be in different options including electric, hydraulic and pneumatic release systems.
Manual release and remote release units are available and also can be fitted with load pin and load monitoring system.
For small size QRMH, the unit can be designed without integrated capstan.
All hooks can be designed to suit for Zone 0, Zone 1, Zone 2 hazardous areas and max. surface temperature ( T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6 ) of electrical equipments used in explosive atmosphere.
Explosion Proof cert, LR inspection cert, ABS inspection cert, ATEX cert, UDEM cert are all on request,
